Jenn Allen joins Rodem as a Customer Service Representative, supporting account managers and customers with parts distribution and order coordination. She works closely with the sales team to help ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Jenn brings over three years of inside sales experience from Henry M. Wood Company, where she developed a strong foundation in customer support and sales operations.
Based in Harrison, Jenn resides in Batesville, Indiana. Outside of work, she enjoys playing video games and spending time with family, friends, and her cat, Knox.
