Tom has been around Rodem just about as long as Rodem has been around! Originally hired part time for local deliveries as high school friend of now co-owner Chris, he was the first non-family member employee of Rodem. Tom later took an outside sales position after he returned to Rodem full time following college.
He worked out of Cincinnati in the sales until 2013 when he took a management position. Now Tom serves as Rodem’s Director of Sales.
