Rodem Salesman was Critical to Successful Project


“The zero trans fat project at New Your Frozen Foods is a success. The success of the project is due to the efforts of many contractors and people who work at NYFF. The most critical person to the success of this project was Greg Watkins.
The project was presented for approval one week after a successful zero trans fat product trial. Greg and I worked intensely that week. I would not have been able to present the project on time without the late night emails from Greg. The project had to be presented when it was in order to install the system by the deadline for Trans fat labeling. I realize others supported Greg at Rodem. Mark Barnett was great as project manager of the installation, and Joe Arlinghouse developed a good design. However, Greg took responsibility of getting me the information I needed for the project presentation.
Before that week, there was over a year of preparation that Greg did with us in getting to the successful product trial.
Greg helped me through many contractor meetings to prepare for the plant shutdowns and systems installation after the project was approved. The contractors and I always went to Greg for the information we needed to make the support system work.
