Employee Spotlight: Ciara Tucker
Ciara Tucker has been with Rodem as our marketing coordinator since her senior year of college. In this position she works to manage our website, social media, events, and internal communications.
While working at Rodem her senior year at Mount St. Joseph Ciara was selected as the University’s distinguished student and was asked to give a speech at graduation. Her communication skills and outgoing personality have helped her excel in her role as Rodem’s Marketing Coordinator.
What Do You Enjoy about Working at Rodem?
I love everything about working at
Rodem! From the company culture to the
daily responsibilities of my positions I come to work each day excited for what
the day will bring me. I do think my
favorite part of working at Rodem is the people, from my first day everyone
here has been welcoming and helpful with learning the industry.

What are your Interests Outside of Work?
Outside of work, I love getting to cook and bake! Food is definitely my love language and I love learning new recipes and sharing them with those closest to me.
I also love getting to spend time outside. I spend a lot of my free time hiking, reading in a hammock, or walking my three golden retrievers.
What Is a Fun Fact about You?
A fun fact about me is that I am a huge Taylor Swift fan! I’ve seen her in concert 3 times, including the Eras tour in Cincinnati, and have a Taylor poster on my desk here at Rodem. Taylor has also played an important role in my relationship, my fiancé proposed when we were listening to the rerecording of Speak Now and I plan to walk down the aisle to Lover.
