Account Manager, Leah Duff is a “jack of all trades”, both in and out of the office. At Rodem Leah enjoys building and maintaining customer relationships while providing timely and quality service. She also works with our customers quoting, entering orders, and purchasing to support our Outside Sales Team of Account Managers.
At home, Leah is very crafty and enjoys scrapbooking, crocheting, 3D printing and anything creative. She extends this creativity to work as she finds creative ways to help Rodem’s customers solve the problems they face on a daily basis.
I started in 2010 when I was in the middle of my career transition towards a position in the IT field. Customers from my previous company did not want me to leave the industry. They called Rodem and told them, “If you hire her, we will buy from you!”
At one point, I wanted to test the waters of corporate life with an OEM but realized it wasn’t for me. I was fortunate to be welcomed back to the Rodem family in 2021 and I’ll never look back.
