Todd joined the team in December 2025 and oversees the Account Manager team across Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, supporting customers throughout the region while driving team development and growth.
Todd brings decades of experience in industrial sales and project management, with a background spanning both distributor and manufacturer environments. He began his career early while attending the University of Cincinnati, working as a seasonal automation assembler and lined pipe fabricator at a valve distributor—hands-on experience that shaped his practical understanding of process equipment and customer needs. Along the way, Todd also took an entrepreneurial turn, owning and operating a restaurant in Loveland, Ohio, further strengthening his leadership and business management skills.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. Rodem is excited to have Todd on board and looks forward to the impact he’ll make across the Northern region.
