Carlos Rossi is a Process Design Engineer at Rodem with a background in food engineering and an MBA in production management. He brings extensive experience managing full lifecycle process engineering projects, including proposals, mechanical design, P&IDs, instrumentation, programming, FAT/SAT execution, installation, commissioning, and project closeout.
Carlos has worked across food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and utility industries, with hands-on experience in CIP systems, pasteurization, blending, skidded systems, and recipe management. Prior to joining Rodem, he spent approximately 10 years with Cutrale in Brazil, New Jersey, and Florida, and 4 years with MG Newell.
Outside of work, Carlos enjoys following Formula 1, spending time outdoors, and being with his family.
