Emily is a chemical engineer with an MBA and a background in food plant engineering and project management. Her experience includes managing vendor relationships, leading project concept planning, and supporting detailed design work, as well as account management roles serving a range of clients.

At Rodem, Emily joins the engineering team as a process design engineer, where she’ll apply that mix of technical and project management experience to customer process design projects.

Outside of work, Emily spends time with her husband, Jake, and their dog, Luna. She enjoys reading and audiobooks, volunteering at Parish Kitchen in Covington, trying new local restaurants, and discovering new music. She recently started learning acoustic guitar.
