Cincinnati native Eric Wormus has been a key member of Rodem’s project procurement team since 2020 and now serves as Project Procurement Lead. A graduate of Miami University, Eric helps ensure projects run efficiently by overseeing procurement activities and supporting installation readiness for Rodem’s customers.
In his expanded role, he mentors the project procurement team, serves as a subject matter expert across departments, and leads project tracking, install coordination, and process standardization efforts. He is known for his collaborative approach and problem-solving mindset.
Outside of work Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two children Addie and Oliver and all things sports. Eric has not only rolled a 300 game in bowling, but has also scored a hole in one in golf. In his free time he also coaches his daughter’s soccer and softball teams and is an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals.
