John started at Rodem part-time in the shop while he was in high school and has since worked in our warehouse, shipping and receiving, procurement, and installation. After serving as an installation foreman and later as a project manager, John was promoted to Operations Manager of Rodem’s Installation Department, where he leads our installation team, supports operational excellence, and helps ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Rodem is in John’s blood. As the oldest grandson (and namesake—his real name is Robert John!) of founder Bob Diener, he is one of eight third-generation family members who work at Rodem. With the company since 2006, John’s hands-on experience across multiple departments gives him a unique perspective on supporting both our customers and our field teams.
John calls Southeastern Indiana home, where he enjoys any type of outdoor recreation, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
