Pete Cartmell

Pete CartmellInstallation Foreman

Unconventional may describe how Installation Foreman Pete Cartmell began his career with Rodem.  It was 1983 when he met Founder Bob Diener in the front parking lot, was hired on the spot, and the rest they say is history.  His job keeps him busy, always, which he likes, and finds being presented with new challenges keeps his role interesting.  He says it’s satisfactory to see how foods and medicines are produced from start to finish.  Thorough planning of a job is how Pete ensures his skilled staff is well prepared for their installation.

A true family man, he and his wife, Debbie, have two adult sons.  Cooking, fishing, and golfing are at the top of Pete’s downtime list.  He also enjoys meeting people wherever he travels for Rodem, and he appreciates that he’s able to see the USA while working.  He keeps hoping for an installation in Hawaii so he can see the volcanoes one day!
