Rachel Watton started with the Rodem engineering department in January 2018 as a Project Engineer concentrating on both piping and process design. Originally from Rochester Hills, Michigan, Rachel graduated from the University of Michigan with a BSE in Chemical Engineering. She got her start in the sanitary industry in 2016 working for General Mills and has additional sanitary industry experience through work with Proctor and Gamble.

Rachel’s experience gives her an advantage with customers as she understands the challenge of creating a process that effectively and efficiently meets client’s goals while adhering to the high standards of the sanitary industry to maintain product integrity and consumer safety. Her enthusiasm for learning new things every day to utilize and advance her skills combined with her energetic and personable personality make her a valuable asset to the Rodem team!

When asked an interesting fact about herself Rachel shared that she spent her final year of college working in a butcher shop! Outside of the office she enjoys reading, running, camping, quality time with family and friends and would love to travel to Australia one day.
