SANI-MATIC SINGLE-TANK CIP SYSTEM

Processes that require a single-tank, single-use Clean-in-Place (CIP) system are typically trying to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, optimize the solution concentration for each cycle or maintain portability through a smaller footprint. 

This lower initial capital investment option provides simple and flexible once-through or re-circulated wash cycles. These are programmed to meet your specific cleaning needs.

SANI-MATIC TWO-TANK CIP SYSTEM

Two-Tank CIP Systems are engineered for solution recovery, reuse and increased cycle times. When utilities are limited, recover and reuse wash solutions can be efficient, cost-effective and sustainable options. With a two-tank CIP system, the detergent wash can be reused to provide water savings and faster wash cycle times due to recovered solution that is already heated and charged with chemical.

Although a two-tank system will generate water, chemical and time savings, they are not ideal for processes with cross-contamination concerns. SANI-MATIC MULTI-TANK CIP SYSTEM

Multi-tank CIP Systems are perfect for processes that require frequent cleaning, operational efficiencies, and sustainable solutions, and when cross-contamination is not a concern.

A multi-tank CIP system maintains a rinse tank, holding tank and solution tank allowing the recovery and reuse of both the wash solution and rinse water for the next cleaning cycle. A fourth tank can be added for acid reuse applications.

This design allows the system to clean multiple processes, the same as multiple single circuit CIP systems would, while providing significant space and cost savings—and cutting cleaning time by 50% for dual circuits and 25% for quad circuits.
