Rodem’s webstore features commonly purchased products from a variety of manufacturers. For engineered custom solutions or help from a product expert please visit our contact page. 

Rodem Webstore Accounts allow for a custom shopping experience with access to past purchases, faster checkouts, and other helpful features.

To create your own Rodem Webstore account click here or during the checkout process and enter the requested information.

To checkout without an account simply select “Checkout as Guest” during the checkout progress.

Find Products

Type your search criteria into the search bar found on the top of the page. This search is designed to check the product number, description, and product attributes for your entry.

On the left side of every product list page you’ll find a list of product attributes you can filter by.

If you cannot find what you are looking for, you can use our Contact page or submit a request for quote.

The listing of products available on our Webstore is constantly growing, with new items being added regularly.

If we don’t yet have the product you are looking for listed on our Webstore, please submit an RFQ on our Get A Quote page or Contact Us.

Account Information

Once you are logged in, you will find My Account accessible by clicking on the “Webstore Account” in the top right side of the page.

In the My Account area, you will find information on:

  • Your company details
  • Orders
  • Shipments
  • Password reset

To change your password please use the password change feature found under the account details tab in the my account page.

Contact us at [email protected] to request terms, submit your tax exempt form, or to use your collect shipping account.

Reordering & Returns

  1. If you know your product number or description, you can always use the search bar at the top of the webstore.
  2. Visit the my account page by selecting the person icon on the top right of your page. Then select “Orders” to see your past orders.

Find Order Information

Once you are logged in, go to the “My Account” page.
Click on My orders.

Within the order detail page, you will find status information on each line. Here you will see if the product has been shipped or invoiced yet.

Tracking information will be sent to the account email when items are ready to ship and a tracking sticker is created.

Yes. In order to be tax exempt on Rodem’s Webstore you must create an account and check the box “I am Tax Exempt” and then upload your tax exempt documentation. Note this may take some time to process.

You can pay in one of two ways.

  1. Guests or account holders can checkout with a credit card. Just hit checkout and when the payment screen comes up enter your credit card number.
  2. Rodem account holders can also be set up on terms. If you would like to be set up on terms please reach out to [email protected] for a credit application.

Shipping & Returns

At Rodem Inc., we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every order. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

30-Day Return Policy: You have up to 30 days from the ship date to return an item to us for a refund, provided it meets the following criteria:

  • Unused Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • All returns are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy. 
  • Custom Items Excluded: Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

     

Restocking Fee: Orders returned to us may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or more. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items. Restocking rates are subject to manufacturer’s requirements and may vary. 

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day window. Our representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. You can also email [email protected] if you do not know who your customer service rep is. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your request promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
