Leah started with Rodem as a customer service representative, and in 2024 transitioned into an account manager role. She brings extensive industry knowledge and expertise to her customers and co-workers having worked in sanitary processing distribution and manufacturing for over a decade. Her reputation for outstanding customer service and being a team player is the perfect fit for our solutions-driven sales team. Originally from Hawaii, Leah now resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her three children. Her favorite things about the industry are learning how things are made, meeting new people, and problem-solving for customers.  Her hobbies include crafting, 3D print and design, crocheting, and scrapbooking.
