Cincinnati native, Don Dickhaus joined Rodem as the Director of Finance in 2021 and moved to the VP of Finance role in 2022. He heads up Rodem’s finance department and oversees the finance team. Don also serves on Rodem’s Executive Leadership Team. He got his start in the finance industry after graduating with an accounting degree from the University of Cincinnati and earning designation as a CPA. He spent 14 years in the manufacturing industry working in finance and planning before joining the Rodem team.

When asked what he enjoys most about the job, Don remarked “The people, everyone here is awesome. There is a lot of history in the people and it’s great to sit down with them and hear some of the things from the past and more important, see the connection of the past to the present day.” Outside of managing the finances of Rodem and learning the industry from the team, Don enjoys home improvement projects, learning to play guitar and spending time with his two children.
