Second-generation owner and Ohio native, Susan Kerr, started with Rodem in 1982 after earning her Bachelors Degree. Susan spent many years in the operations and finance departments of Rodem, but now serves as Rodem’s President and is a member of the Board of Directors. She leverages decades of business experience as she oversees management, operations and strategy.
