Employee Spotlight: Derek Morman
Derek Morman is committed to providing Rodem’s exceptional service to our online customers as our e-commerce specialist. In this role, he works to support and execute all efforts of e-commerce sales both internally and externally.
Derek came to Rodem in 2018 in the finance department where he learned the sanitary processing industry and became an integral part of our Rodem team. In 2020 he took on the challenge of helping to launch Rodem’s e-commerce website, which he manages today.
What is Your Favorite Part of Your Job?
Getting to know new customers and creating a relationship/experience that makes them want to continue using Rodem as a resource for all their sanitary processing needs.

Going fishing, watching football, hanging out with friends, being with family, playing video games, and traveling to new places.
