Employee Spotlight: Jen Fravel

Customer Service Representative and Valve Subject Matter Expert, Jen Fravel works to “always do her best” to meet the needs of Rodem’s customers.  Working out of our Columbus office, Jen works to take care of her customer base and salesperson, works with the finance team, and assists others whenever she is needed.


Jen has been with Rodem for over 12 years and is known to be a friendly and helpful resource who excels at making others laugh.  At Rodem Jen loves being able to help her customers and looks back fondly on the memory of receiving the keys to her office.  Outside of work, she extends her care to animals, fostering dogs and cats whenever she can.

Show up early, Speak up, and keep your promises. Your customers will respect you for that.

What is the funniest thing that has ever happened to you?

My best friends filled my house with 40 balloons for my 40th birthday. Some had glitter in them….

If your life was a movie who would play you and why?

Ricki Lake, I have been told we resemble each other?

What’s one place you’ve always wanted to visit, what would you
do there?

Athens Greece, to see the Coliseum.
