Employee Spotlight: John Diener

As a third-generation employee, Rodem is in Project Manager John Diener’s blood. John started at Rodem part-time in our fabrication shop after the eighth grade and worked each summer learning the basics until he started as a full-time installer when he turned 19.

Since then John has worked in the warehouse, project procurement, and as a foreman, before starting as a project manager in 2024.  In his current role, John works with Rodem’s engineers, installation and procurement teams, and our customers to ensure the timely completion of projects.

My interests outside of work are traveling (especially to beaches and mountains), golfing, hunting and fishing, and boating.
