Justin Deutsch brings a strong background in operations, manufacturing, and project management from the aerospace and steam power industries to his role as Senior Project Manager at Rodem. In this position, he leads project execution teams while supporting both installation efforts and shop operations, helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Justin also oversees Rodem’s project managers, playing a key role in strengthening processes and driving successful outcomes across the organization.
Known for his problem-solving mindset, Justin thrives on tackling challenges and finding effective solutions for both his team and customers. He approaches his work with a grounded philosophy—“trust but verify”—paired with the professional advice that has stuck with him throughout his career: stay humble and stay hungry. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through snow and water sports, bringing the same energy and balance to his personal life as he does to his role at Rodem.
