Tim Diener joined the Rodem customer service Cincinnati team in 2017. A veteran to Rodem and Cincinnati native, Tim started in the warehouse during the summer of 2013. The sanitary processing industry is in Tim’s blood as one of the grandchildren of founder Bob Diener, growing up around the family business.
After years of supporting customers and account managers in customer service, Tim has now transitioned into the role of Account Manager, where he applies his deep product knowledge and hands-on experience to directly support customers in the field. His strong understanding of Rodem vendors, products, and processes continues to make him a valuable asset to both our team and our customers.
Recently our Account Manager, Donald Baines, from Tennessee was able to provide the true Rodem experience to St. Clair Foods. Rodem helped St. Clair Foods design a new room to handle increased cheese production, which required a modified heating method, process kettles, lifts, controls, and utility equipment for heating media.
