Project engineer, Noah Cave, is a Cincinnati native with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Ohio State University. In his position with Rodem, Noah develops and designs, scopes of work, and cost estimates for project work. He also travels to project sites to meet with clients for scope definition and startup assistance.  He enjoys learning new skills and concepts, developing relationships with new clients and coworkers, and turning design concepts into reality.

When he’s not working to make a positive impact on the world by designing and implementing safe sanitary processes, Noah has a variety of interests and hobbies. In his free time, Noah enjoys writing, performing, and recording music.  He even plays guitar, and bass guitar, and sings in a band with his father and three other musicians. Noah hopes to one day see all the major national parks in the United States.
