Anderson Instrumentation Repair Program

The Anderson repair program is a simple process that allows our customers to have their products repaired or replaced at a discount, while we take care of the work.

• Labor fee of just $80-150 if the unit is found to be in working order and just needs cleaned/recalibrated
• 10% cost savings on a new unit if the item is not repairable 

1. Contact your Rodem Rep

2. Customer provides:

• Model #
• Serial #
• Issue they are experiencing with product

3. Rodem pulls an RGA off Anderson’s website for said item(s)

*Items typically not eligible for repair due to sealed construction

• All pressure-based level sensors
• Digital thermometers
• Pressure transmitters and any gauges with physical damage to the fitting or diaphragm

*Items that require return for evaluation

• Flow products (meters, controllers, printers)
• Recorders, controllers, digital indicators
• Analytical products (sensors, analyzers, transmitters)

4. Unit is sent back to Anderson with RMA. Either: 

• Rodem rep picks item up and ships for customer
• Customer sends item directly to Anderson

5. Once received, the Anderson repair team will evaluate and send a report to Rodem CSR regarding product issue 

A repair/replacement quote will be emailed to Rodem CSR within 5-7 business days

6. Report is sent to customer who can issue a PO to have the item repaired/replaced or have the item scrapped

If replacement is wanted, Anderson will immediately process replacement order at standard lead time

*If Anderson does not hear back from customer within 30 days, the item will be returned or scrapped

*If scrapped, Anderson will recycle the product at no cost
