LeighAnn started with Rodem as part of the office staff in 2008 after graduating from Indiana University with a BS degree in Tourism Management. She currently manages Rodem’s marketing efforts and works closely with the sales management team to assist the sales team in serving the customers. 

Her favorite thing about the sanitary industry is “all the great people… co-workers, vendors and customers alike!” She enjoys learning from industry veterans and brainstorming creative ways to adjust traditional marketing efforts for a digital world and workforce.

LeighAnn is one of the third-generation Diener family members to work at Rodem. Although a Hoosier resident and native, she works out of the Cincinnati office. Outside of the office, she can be found entertaining family and friends, playing outside with her little ones, or at the lake soaking up the sun!
