Tim Diener joined the Rodem customer service Cincinnati team in 2017. A veteran to Rodem and Cincinnati native, Tim started in the warehouse during the summer of 2013. The sanitary processing industry is in Tim’s blood as he is one of the grandchildren of founder Bob Diener to working in the family business. His skills and experience at Rodem and his existing knowledge base of Rodem vendors and products make him a valuable asset to the customer service team.
Recently our Account Manager, Donald Baines, from Tennessee was able to provide the true Rodem experience to St. Clair Foods. Rodem helped St. Clair Foods design a new room to handle increased cheese production, which required a modified heating method, process kettles, lifts, controls, and utility equipment for heating media.
