DONALDSON INDUSTRIAL FILTER ELEMENTS

Donaldson offers various industrial filter elements for a wide range of air, technical gas and tank ventilation filtration applications in your processing environment.

• P Series: Donaldson P series particulate filter elements are made for the removal of dust particles and other solid contaminants in gases. Efficiency is 99.98% at 25 microns.
• B Series: Donaldson B series filter elements are intended for the removal of oil, water and dust particles with 99.98% particle efficiency at 25 microns.
• V Series: Created for the removal of water, oil aerosols and solid particles from compressed air and gases in industrial applications, with 99.9% particle efficiency at 5 microns.
• M Series: M Series elements remove water/oil aerosols and solid particulates from compressed air and gases at a low differential pressure, with 99.999% particle efficiency at 0.01 microns.
• S Series: Made to remove water/oil aerosols and solid particulates from compressed air and gases at a low differential pressure, with 99.99999% particle efficiency at 0.01 microns.
• A Series: Donaldson activated carbon filter elements are designed to remove of oil vapor, hydrocarbons and odors down to a residual oil content of <0.003 ppm.
• DF-T: The innovative three-stage DF-T filter combines three purification stages in a single filter element. Perfect for removal of oil aerosols, vapors and solid particles from compressed air.
• PE / PEP / P-PE: Donaldson PE / PEP / P-PE filter elements are best suited for the removal of solid contaminants in gases, with 99.98% particle efficiency at 25 microns.
• SB / SBP / P-SB: Donaldson SB / SBP / P-SB filter elements were made for the removal of oil, water and dust particles, with 99.98% particle efficiency at 5 microns.
• FF / FFP / P-FF: These coalescing filter elements are designed for the removal of water and oil aerosols as well as solid particles from compressed air and gases with 99.999% particle efficiency at 0.01 microns.
• MF / MFP / P-MF: Coalescing filter elements crafted for the removal of water and oil aerosols as well as solid particles from compressed air and gases with with 99.999% particle efficiency at 0.01 microns.
• SMF / SMFP / P-SMF: Coalescing filters designed for the removal of water and oil aerosols as well as solid particles from compressed air and gases with 99.99999% particle efficiency at 0.01 microns.
• AK / AKP / P-AK: Donaldson AK / AKP / P-AK adsorption filters are designed for the elimination of oil vapor, hydrocarbons, odors and particles in compressed air and gases.

• SG: Steel flanged filter housings designed for the purification of compressed air and gases in industrial operations. Optimized housing construction for flow rates up to 4,608 scfm.
• DF-C Cyclone Separator: Donaldson DF-C cyclone separators are designed for efficient removal of liquid water and particulate from compressed air and gases.
