Thank You for a Memorable 50th Year!
Another trip around the sun and what a year it’s been! Our 50th year has brought record growth and we have seen many initiatives from the past few years fall into place. The positive momentum and growth we are experiencing is a result of so many people coming together and working towards a common goal. 2021 presented unique supply chain challenges, but the innovation, resourcefulness and dedication of our teams has helped Rodem serve our greatest number of customers yet. We would like to thank our employees, customers and manufacturing partners for your continued contributions to our organization’s success!
From developing new ways for customers to conduct business with Rodem to refocusing on our technical offering, we have made great strides to better support the processors that feed America in 2021.
The Rodem web store, shop.Rodem.com, launched this summer. The web store is backed by the technical know-how of our customer service team but now gives customers access to a new, around-the-clock portal for purchasing, accessing order history and more. We continue to add new items to the web store daily and look forward to creating a personalized shopping experience for many more customers in 2022.
We have taken steps to expand our service offering through the acquisition of Masterleo and the opening of a Service Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. The acquisition of Masterleo, a Columbus, Ohio based instrumentation service company gives Rodem customers access to additional technical resources and instrumentation product lines. Masterleo will continue to operate independently, and will serve as the infrastructure for future development of service offerings such as pumps, valves, heat exchangers and more. The Raleigh Service Center is open for business and our factory trained, local tech will focus on service for area pharmaceutical processors.
Through the creation of a sub brand, SaniSmart Solutions by Rodem, we have recommitted to the solutions segment of our business and given our systems integration offering a distinct identity within our business. The goal for defining this segment of Rodem business is to strengthen the offering for the industries we serve. The SaniSmart Solutions brand will be used on all fabricated pieces and custom solutions.
We have had a busy year! The outlook for Rodem is bright and we are excited about the future. Our teams continue to innovate for our clients and make progress on major corporate objectives every day.
