Rodem welcomed Brock Beach as our VP of Sales and Marketing in April 2018. Brock came to Rodem with over 20 years of success in strategy development, business planning, and leadership advisory. Before Rodem, he established himself as a leader in Sales and Marketing in the Bio Fuels and Telecommunications Industries. In his current role, he focuses on driving sales and revenue and serves as a member of our Executive Leadership Team.

Before embarking on his professional career, Brock spent four years serving in the United States Army. He also earned a Master of Science in Management from Baker University, holds a Bachelor’s in Science in Agriculture and Environmental Science Degree from West Virginia University, and is currently a doctoral candidate at Trevecca University.  Brock is also a member of the Greater Cincinnati Area Vistage Executive Roundtable and spends time volunteering for both boys and girls lacrosse at Ryle High School.
