Thank You Supporting Rodem’s Growth in 2023! – A Message from Brock Beach 

Each time I write this communication I enjoy reflecting on the year and celebrating the accomplishments of our community and organization over the past twelve months. We achieved record sales, survived a historic move, and experienced endless amounts of good energy as we navigated the day-to-day and welcomed friends, family, our community, and our network into our special celebrations this year. Thank you to each of you who have made this incredible year possible! While 2023 has been nothing short of epic, this year more than ever, my focus lies on what is ahead.

To cap off a monumental year, I am honored to be named the president of Rodem and excited to continue the momentum of 2023. I hold the integrity and values of the Rodem name in high regard and I am committed to upholding them for years to come while providing the highest level of service to our dedicated employees, valued customers, and partners. From the earliest interactions with Rodem’s owners and at industry events, I have felt a connection with this community. I am grateful to serve Rodem and our industry in this expanded capacity.

As president, I will continue to focus on Rodem’s future vision, drive continued growth, and emphasize strategy as the company evolves as a leader in our industry. My immediate priorities will focus on process improvements and ensuring that our organization has the talent and tools necessary to successfully manage continued growth. The people of Rodem are the heart of our organization and I will do my best to serve them by creating a culture of trust, encouraging new ideas, and pushing for continued improvement and efficiency.

I am confident that Rodem is exceptionally positioned for a prosperous future, and I am eager to contribute to the betterment of the company and its employees as we strive to make each day better than the last.
