Thank You for Another Fantastic Year in 2022!
Dear Friends of Rodem,
As we near the end of the year, I cannot help but wonder where the time has gone! 2022 has been filled with tremendous excitement within our organization and it seems to have accelerated the months beyond imagination! Although the story that has been in the spotlight for Rodem news throughout the year is our upcoming move to a new HQ location, the real MVPs of one of our biggest and busiest years are the people behind the scenes.
I would like to extend a personal thank you to each of our loyal customers, employees and manufacturing partners for your hard work and commitment to Rodem and the industries we serve. Our people are the driving force for growth and without you; the move to a brand new, expanded facility would not be possible or necessary. Our incredible network has positioned our organization in a place where we are busting at the seams with growth and opportunity. Whether you are new to the Rodem family or have a long history, each of you have contributed to this new and exciting chapter in Rodem’s story.
During 2022, our team managed to grow the distribution segment of our business to record numbers! In a time of ongoing supply chain disruptions and economic changes, this is an accomplishment worth celebrating. Successes throughout the year from the integration side of our business, SaniSmart Solutions, have helped position Rodem for a another strong year in 2023. We anticipate that this segment of our business will continue to grow with the expanded fabrication facility and capabilities our new HQ will afford us.
2023 promises to be another big year for Rodem! Not only will we complete construction and move into our new facility, but we have many other exciting projects on the horizon. We are working on new technology to help streamline efficiency internally, creating new ways for customers to access Rodem’s products and enhancing our installation, integration and fabrication techniques to best match our new space and customer requirements. The outlook is positive.
We are grateful for the investments made in the next chapter of Rodem’s story and for each of you. 2022 has been a notable year for many reasons, but we believe 2023 will be our best one yet! I look forward to what the future holds for our organization and the customers we are privileged to serve. I will do my best to help make each day better than the last.
