Derek Morman began his career with Rodem in 2018 in the finance department before moving into the Sales and Marketing team as our E-commerce Specialist in 2020. He played a key role in building and growing Rodem’s webstore and developed a strong understanding of our customers and the sanitary industries we serve.

 

In 2026, Derek transitioned into the role of Customer Service Representative, where he now works directly with customers and account managers to support Rodem’s commitment to responsive, reliable service.

 

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Derek earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in accounting from the University of Cincinnati. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new food and activities.
