Rodem is pleased to announce that Brock Beach has been promoted to the role of president. As president, Beach will serve as the strategic connection between all departments as well as Rodem’s CEO and owner, Susan Kerr, and the board of directors. He will also lead Rodem’s Executive Leadership Team, where he, along with the team members, focus on Rodem’s future vision, as well as driving continued growth and strategic direction as the company continues to evolve as a leader in the industry.

“It’s truly an honor to be trusted with this strategic growth role of president of Rodem,” said Beach. “Rodem’s values and integrity are the cornerstone of our company and I will continue to uphold these values while providing the highest level of service to our valued customers and partners.”

“Brock’s leadership philosophies focus on creating a culture of trust and encouraging diversity of thought among our team members,” said Kerr. “In his previous role as vice president of sales and marketing, Brock demonstrated his commitment to Rodem’s brand and ethical business practices through customer-centric direction and we know he will continue to do so in his new role as president.”

Prior to joining Rodem, Beach served as vice president of sales and marketing for ICM Inc., a biofuels technology company. With more than 20 years in sales and marketing serving the biofuels and telecommunications industries, Brock brings in-depth knowledge and deep leadership expertise in strategy development, business planning, and advisory initiatives.

Before embarking on his professional career, Beach spent four years serving in the United States Army. He also earned a Master of Science in Management from Baker University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science from West Virginia University.
