Description

The Alfa Laval Toftejorg SaniJet 20 Rotary Jet Head is an externally driven tank cleaning machine that is designed for use in sanitary industries, such as food and beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and personal care. The Alfa Laval SaniJet 20 is engineered for permanent installation and provides maximum cleaning coverage.

The self-cleaning, self-draining design incorporates a drive mechanism located outside of the tank making it the ideal fit to clean highly viscous or foaming debris from the interior of sanitary tanks and vessels between 130 and 8000 gallons.

Powerful Impact & Low Utility Consumption Cleaning

The high-impact jet stream from the four nozzle rotary jet head is preprogrammed to cover the inside of the tank in a successively denser pattern. This provides a powerful mechanical impact, using a low volume of water, acid or caustic. The rapid tank cleaning cycle cuts energy consumption.

The flow of the cleaning fluid makes the nozzles perform a geared rotation around the vertical and horizontal axes. In the first cycle, the nozzles lay out a coarse pattern on the tank surface. Subsequent cycles gradually make the pattern more dense, until a full pattern is reached after eight cycles. This process is automated to provide processors with guaranteed tank cleaning and documentation.
