Meet Rodem’s Valve Subject Matter Expert – Jenny Fravel

Meet our Valve Subject Matter Expert (SME), Jenny Fravel! While Jenny is not new to Rodem, she is new to the role of Sanitary Valve SME. Recently, the Rodem customer service team was challenged with creating Subject Matter Experts within the sales group to assist with technical customer requests. The goal is to provide our customers with immediate answers to their technical questions. Jenny gladly accepted the challenge and has been concentrating on technical valve training with a number of our valve manufacturers. Here is Jenny at a valve training with Jeff Lindsay from Tru-Flo.

Jenny works out of our Columbus, Ohio office. As the Sanitary Valve SME, she serves not only as consult for our customers on technical questions but also as an internal resource to the rest of our customer service team. Jenny has been in the sanitary processing industry for 20+ years and has a reputation for excellent customer service and rapid turnaround times.
