Columbus native Jenny Fravel has been a part of the Rodem team as a Customer Service Representative since 2011.  Her go-get-it attitude and willingness to help is well summed up by a surveyed customer who stated “Jenny’s customer service is great!  I love working with her.”  Jenny likes assisting customers, and that every day she is doing something different to keep Rodem’s customers up and running.

Jenny enjoys cooking, grilling and smoking meats for friends and family. She also spends a considerable amount of time rescuing cats and dogs and has been doing that for over 20 years. Jenny is also an avid Football, basketball, Baseball and hockey fan supporting her Brown’s, Cavs, Buckeyes’s, Red’s and Blue Jackets.
