Columbus native Jenny Fravel has been a part of the Rodem team as a Customer Service Representative since 2011.  Her go-get-it attitude and willingness to help is well summed up by a surveyed customer who stated “Jenny’s customer service is great!  I love working with her.”  Jenny likes the fun atmosphere and the fact that her job is the same but every day is different.

Helpfulness is a way of life for Jenny. Her free time is spent giving to others.  She loves to cook for friends and family, and gives a tremendous amount of her time and talent rescuing cats and dogs.
