Brad Munchel joined the Rodem team in 2022 as Engineering Manager where he heads up the Engineering and Project Management teams out of our Ohio headquarters. Brad earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Prior to Rodem, he spent most of his career in food and chemical manufacturing in various operation and engineering roles at Danisco Sweeteners, Givaudan Flavors and Owens Corning Roofing.

Brad focuses on enhancing and growing the engineering component of Rodem’s SaniSmart Solutions segment through exceptional solutions and service for Rodem’s customers and strategic management of Rodem’s engineering department. He loves that each plant, process and challenge are unique and enjoys building on experience and adding to his technical “tool kit” while still coming up with unique solutions for each end user.

Outside of his role at Rodem, Brad enjoys family time with his wife and two children at their home in southeast Indiana. He enjoys sports, the Indiana Hoosiers, Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, playing cards and has recently taken up making homemade wine. One day he would love to travel to a remote destination like Tibet or Alaska!
